Nitish Kumar Reddy: India’s rising star all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy slammed his first-ever Test hundred agaisnt Australia at MCG in the 4th Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Nitish’s century came off 171 balls, punctuated with 10 boundaries and a glorious six, and was greeted with jubilant applause from his teammates and the crowd.

Emotional Moment For Nitish Kumar Reddy’s Father

Apart from Nitish’s maiden hundred, there was one person who was so jubilant by watching him celebrate was his father Mutyala Reddy, who played a pivotal role in Nitish’s career.

“Today is a special moment. Special day. We cannot forget this day in our life,” Mutalya told Adam Gilchrist during the post-match.
