New Zealand and England are all set to lock horns with each other in the first Test of the three-match series at the Hagley Oval ground in Christchurch. The NZ vs ENG 1st Test will begin from November 28 from 03:30 AM IST (Indian Standard Time). New Zealand will look forward on repeating there form they have gained after defeating India in India. The Kiwis became the first-ever team to white-wash Rohit Sharma’s men on the Indian soil in a Test series. The Tom Latham led side also became the first team to defeat Indian team in India in Test series after a long gap of 12 years.

On the other hand, England have played the most Tests so far in the ongoing World Test Championship 2023-25 cycle. However, there performance hasn’t been up to the mark and are ranked on the sixth spot in the WTC standings with nine wins from 19 Tests. The Ben Stokes led side are in no contention to qualify for the final of the World Test Championship, however, they would like to return back to form before the beginning of the next WTC cycle.
