Kia is testing the facelifted Carens, with the updated MPV expected to launch in India next year. The latest images of the test mules provide the clearest view yet of the MPV’s refreshed design, which appears to draw inspiration from Kia’s new all-electric EV series of cars and SUVs.

Kia Coming With Update Carens In The Market
At the front, the headlamps have been redesigned with more angular units, featuring an upper LED eyebrow and a main unit positioned below, similar to the headlamps on the globally sold Kia EV5. Unlike the current Carens, these two elements form a single assembly rather than the split headlamp design of the current model. From the side, changes seem minimal, with the test mule sporting new alloy wheels.
At the rear, the Carens seems to have new light clusters and a redesigned bumper. The light units appear more squared-off, suggesting a design akin to those of the Seltos and Sonet. This includes new rectangular tail lamps connected by a full-width light bar.
