A friendly cricket match between actors and politicians will take place at the MCA Cricket Ground on 22 March. The match will be cause for supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s TB Mukt Bharat Initiative. This will include several Bollywood stars and MPs of different constituencies. The Neta XI will be led by former sports minister Anurag Thakur and the Abhineta XI will be led by Sunil Shetty.

A friendly cricket match was played between the MPs of the parliament t in December 2024. The match was between both houses of the parliament and was called Rajya Sabha Chairman XI and Lok Sabha Speaker XI which took place at Major Chand National Stadium for the similar cause.
