Paris Olympics 2024:Neeraj Chopra, who won a silver medal in javelin throw at the Paris Olympics, shared his thoughts on his performance and the competition. Speaking to ANI, Chopra acknowledged the challenge of the event, stating, “Every athlete has their day; today was Arshad’s day. I gave my best, but there are areas to improve. Although our national anthem wasn’t played today, it will be played in the future.”
Chopra expressed disappointment with his technique and run-up, attributing part of his struggle to a groin injury that limited his training. “The last two years have been tough due to injuries. I need to focus on my technique and recovery,” he admitted.

Devi also revealed plans to prepare churma, Neeraj’s favorite dish, to celebrate his return. “We will give him a grand welcome and make churma for him,” she said.
