India's legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar was honored with the Col. C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award at the BCCI Awards in Mumbai on Saturday. The Master Blaster holds the record for the most runs in both Tests and ODIs, and he has also achieved the unique feat of scoring 100 centuries.

ICC Chairman Jay Shah presented Sachin Tendulkar with the Lifetime Achievement Award at BCCI's annual 'Naman Awards' ceremony. Tendulkar made his international cricket debut at the age of 16.

Known as the 'God of Cricket' for his unmatched skill and mastery in the game, Tendulkar mesmerized cricket fans worldwide with his batting from 1989 to 2013. The Maharashtra-born player made his Test debut on November 15, 1989, at the age of 16, and played his first ODI on December 18 of the same year.

Tendulkar has accumulated over 34,000 runs in international cricket from 664 matches, with an average of 48.52, and remains the highest run-scorer in international cricket. He holds the record for the most centuries (100) and half-centuries (164) in cricket history. Tendulkar was the first player to score a double century in ODIs and also played 200 Test matches, setting another remarkable record.
