While many fans speculated that the team would take a lap of honor as it’s their final IPL 2024 league game at home, others suggested it could be an announcement regarding MS Dhoni’s future. If Dhoni decides to retire from IPL after this season and CSK fail to reach the final, this could be his last game in Chennai.
