Team India’s fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was recently made the DSP of Telangana. In the year 2024, when Team India won the T20 World Cup title, he was appointed DSP by the Telangana government. Siraj, now another Indian cricket team player has been honored with this post.
This time this achievement has been achieved not by a male player but by a female player. Indian women’s cricket team all-rounder Deepti Sharma has been appointed to the post of DSP by the Uttar Pradesh government.

Indian women’s cricket team’s all-rounder Deepti Sharma has been honored with this post in view of her excellent game for India. Along with this, she has also been honored with an amount of Rs 3 crore. Deepti shared this information with her fans on her social media account on January 29. Recently, Deepti Sharma was also included in the ODI Team of the Year and T20 Team of the Year by ICC.

Great performance for Team India
Deepti Sharma has performed brilliantly for Team India. She has played all three formats of Test, ODI, and T20 on behalf of Indian women’s cricket. So far she has scored 3559 runs in all three formats and has also taken 288 wickets to her name. Deepti Sharma lives in Awadhpuri Colony of Agra and her father is retired from the Railways. Deepti has been interested in cricket since childhood, due to which she was selected for the UP team at the age of 12.
Siraj was also made DSP
Before Deepti Sharma, Siraj was also honored with the post of DSP by the Telangana government. He was given this honor after Team India’s victory in the T20 World Cup. Along with this, Siraj was given 600 square yards of land near Road No. 78 in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad by the government. Currently, Siraj is out of Team India and is busy preparing vigorously for his return to Team India.
