In the Ranji Trophy clash between Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, Kaif’s team faced a challenging situation, collapsing to 188 after starting the day at 95 for 5 at the Green Park. The experienced Indian seamer, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, showcased his skills by returning remarkable figures of 8 for 41.
Uttar Pradesh, having been dismissed for 60 in the first innings, displayed resilience in their second innings, ending the day at 46 for no loss. Samarth Singh and Aryan Juyal remained undefeated at 21 and 20, respectively, with UP trailing by 82 runs.
