New Delhi: ICC has released the new ranking of T20 batsmen. Pakistan team captain Babar Azam’s position as the number one batsman in T20 International cricket has been dropped down to second.
Pakistan’s own wicket-keeper batsman Mohammed Rizwan is now the new number one in T20Is. At the same time, Suryakumar Yadav has slipped from number 3 to number 4.

Suryakumar Yadav played an excellent innings against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup, but he did not bat in the remaining two matches. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan played some great innings, which had an impact on the ICC’s new T20 ranking.
Rizwan currently has 815 rating points in his account, while Babar Azam has 794 rating points in his account. South African batsman Aidan Markram is in third place with 792 points, while with 775 points Suryakumar Yadav is at fourth place.

Among the bowlers, Josh Hazlewood of Australia is at the first position. There is no Indian bowler in the top 10 ranking. At the same time, Mohammad Nabi of Afghanistan is at number one in the list of all-rounders. Hardik Pandya is at number 5.
Rohit Sharma has moved up from 17th to 14th position. Suryakumar Yadav is the only Indian in the top 10 rankings. Pakistan has 2 batsmen in the top 5 list of ICC’s new T20 rankings, while India, England and South Africa have 1-1 batsmen.
