Australian pacer Mitchell Starc is among the best bowlers in modern-day cricket. Starc has been among the major performers of the Australia national men’s cricket team and the Indian batters must be threatened to face him in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 beginning from November 22. Starc has begun to train along with the Australian team for the first Test against India and was seen bowling to his teammate Usman Khawaja in the nets. While, the left-arm Aussie pacer is always in full swing whenever he takes the field, however, he looked in a different rhythm while bowling in the nets.
Mitchell Starc bowled a beauty to Usman Khawaja during the net session which also leaved his teammate stunned. Khawaja tried to leave the ball but it went onto the clip the bails of the stumps which left the Aussie opener surprised. The video for the same was shared by Cricket Australia on the official social media handles. The Australian team has lost against India in the previous four editions of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and they will now look forward to reclaim it for the first time after 2014-15.

On the other hand, Team India’s preparations for the first IND vs AUS Test match are in full swing. The Indian team will be looking forward to come out from the impact of the upsetting 3-0 loss against New Zealand at home and end up winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. The Indian team needs to at least four off the five Tests against Australia to qualify for the final of the World Test Championship.
