Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper Rishabh Pant has been penalised with a hefty amount of Board of Control Cricket in India (BCCI) for maintaining slow over-rate in a match against Mumbai Indians (MI) at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Reason Why Rishabh Pant Was Fined
The reason why the LSG skipper got fined is due to slow over-rate. This was his 2nd breach of the season under Article 2.22 of the IPL's Code of Conduct. In his first offence against MI, he was fined Rs 12 lakh.
