His match consisted of 81 runs which he hit from 48 balls and included both six fours and five sixes. Lucknow received an excellent beginning from Marsh and Markram as they opened the innings together. Marsh and his opening partner formed a 99-run alliance at the beginning of the innings. Lucknow’s first casualty happened when Markram left the field with 47 runs on his account. Marsh was dismissed when the team reached 170 runs at the second wicket. The elite record league accepted Mitchell Marsh even before his dismissal from the game.
