Las Palmas and Alaves shared 2-2 intense goals match that came to a paranoid conclusion. Throughout the last part of the game Las Palmas continued fighting despite their two-goal deficit to make a comeback. Against the odds Las Palmas managed to overcome adversity when Alberto Moleiro scored his goal from a set-piece to tie the match at 2-2. The superior performance by Alaves throughout most of the match could not stop Las Palmas from scoring a draw through their relentless pursuit. Despite Las Palmas losing the battle of the match Las Palmas deserved the draw based on their fighting determination throughout the game.
