10 minutes into the second half, Espanol took advantage leading with a goal. The opener was darted hard by tangling through the keeper’s legs.
The main spotlight was the tactical exclusion of Vini Jr from the starting eleven, with Rodrigo starting on the left wing and Gullar on the right. He was later subbed on in the 55th minute of the game just to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 4-1 win.
The Comeback
Los Blancos took only four minutes to equalize, with a goal smashed by Dani Carvajal. The second one came from the Brazillian’s perfect trivela pass to Rodrigo’s goal making it 2-1. Vini Jr found the back of the net for himself in the 78th minute of the game. Mbappe sealed the win with a spot-kick in the 90th minute into the game. Vini showed how important he was, coming off the bench and turning the game upside down.
