The last match of John Cena has been scheduled, and some information has come out. John Cena will put an end to his very successful professional wrestling career on December 13 with the ultimate match. He became a great professional wrestling star, signing with WWE in the year 2000 as a development talent.
Cena has, without a doubt, become one of those Superstars who have the most successful careers in wrestling, with an unbelievably 17 World Championship victories to his name. But it will be at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington D.C, when this all will officially come to an end as he faces Gunther.
Saturday Night’s Main Event to feature Cena-Gunther as opening bout
Though the show was recently in the spotlight, it appears that the presentation might turn out a bit different than what a few fans have in mind. As per a fresh report by Bryan Alvarez, there is no particular duration for Saturday Night’s Main Event, which will hence leave a lot of time for Cena to bid farewell. More shockingly, it is said that Cena’s fight with Gunther will be the first one in the lineup.
No fixed runtime gives Cena full farewell spotlight
“At this point, there is no set runtime for Saturday Night’s Main Event, so everyone will get all the time they need. Cena vs. Gunther is currently scheduled to open the show and Cena will get as much time as he wants.”
In other parts of the event, Sol Ruca is going to take on Bayley, Oba Femi is going to fight Cody Rhodes, and the World Tag Team title holders, AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, will face the challengers, Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans.
