WWE will be staging one of its largest encounters shortly as John Cena will retire after a last match on Saturday Night’s Main Event next month. Still, the identity of his final adversary remains a mystery. The semi-finals of the competition that will declare the last person to fight Cena have already been occupied by two grapplers.
The ‘Last Time is Now’ contest, which was expected to identify the last opponent of Cena in the ring, is reaching its conclusion.
Rusev And Uso Compete For Semi-Final Spot
Gunther and Solo Sikoa had secured their spots in the semi-finals by defeating Carmelo Hayes and Penta, respectively, this past Monday night on RAW. To the list of contestants in the second round, one more superstar was included tonight.
The first of the two tournament matches held tonight was between Jey Uso and Rusev, where the two wrestlers were eager to catch the next train to the next stage. Both of them have some connections to Cena and have fought The Champ before.
