The match was played between Arunachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. In the match, opener N Jagadishan played a record innings of 277 runs off 141 balls with 25 fours and 15 sixes. This is the highest score by any batsman in List A.
Tamil Nadu scored 506 runs in 50 overs playing first with the loss of 2 wickets. Chasing this, the Arunachal Pradesh team got all out scoring 71 runs in just 28 overs. Tamil Nadu registered a record win by 435 runs. This is the record for the biggest win in List A cricket.
