Since the beginning of the season, Iñigo has had Barcelona as his top priority and is now seeing a national team comeback as a “physical risk” that could threaten potentially his ‘final major contract.’ In all, Iñigo Martínez played 3,976 minutes in an even season for Barcelona over 46 matches. Even with the injuries, he played often in La Liga and Europe, managing to score 3 times and consistently defend in main tournaments.
