Well apart from all these stuff, there are some murmurs that Hardik Pandya might become the India captain soon.
According to the Reports in Dainik Bhaskar, Hardik might replace the current Indian captain Rohit Sharma to become the captain in the white ball format. If Rohit fails in the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025, this might be the end of the road for the veteran.

Hardik Pandya To Replace SKY?
Hardik had some experience of captaining the Indian team, but however, After India clinched the ICC T20 World Cup last year, BCCI appointed Suryakumar Yadav as a full-time T20I skipper. So, it is a tough call to replace a player of such stature.
“Head coach Gautam Gambhir wanted Hardik Pandya to become vice-captain, but Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar were adamant on picking Shubman Gill,” the report revealed.
Several BCCI stakeholders, along with Gautam Gambhir, believe that Hardik Pandya has been unfairly treated in the past. Despite losing his captaincy due to fitness concerns, his recent form has been outstanding.
Suryakumar Yadav’s Lean Patch
The current Indian T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav, on the other hand, scored just 28 runs against England in the five-match T20I series. His place in the team is under threat.
