Right-hander Rajat Patidar represents the Bangalore cricket team with his representation in the Indian Premier League after his June 1 1993 birth in Indore. All-rounder Venkatesh Iyer represents the Kolkata franchise in the Indian Premier League as their top player coming from Indore, Madhya Pradesh where he turned 31 years old. As a December 25, 1994 birthright left-handed player he contributes to the team through batting and medium-pace bowling duties.
Iyer entered the IPL in 2021 and has played 50 games which resulted in 1,326 runs with a remarkable 31.57 average. His batting skills demonstrate themselves through a century and eleven fifty scores while his best open batting performance reached 104 runs. During all his matches in the IPL he has demonstrated his power hitting abilities through both fours and sixes totaling 121 and 61 respectively.
