Bowling has always been a major weak point for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League. The franchise released Mohammed Siraj, who was the lead pacer for the franchise in the previous editions of the tournament. As they have roped in Bhuvneshwar Kumar, it may provide more stability to their bowling attack. Bhuvneshwar has the capability to swing the ball both ways in the early stages of the game whereas he can also bowl brilliant yorkers in the death. The latter won the purple cap in IPL 2016 and 2017 for SRH, which certainly proves his worth.
