Russell strike thrice
All-rounder Andre Russell gave KKR their first breakthrough and he went on scalping second wicket in the same over.
Andre Russell got his first wicket of the season. Short of a length outside off, Agarwal cramped for room and he edged it to short third man.
Russell celebrated even before the wicketkeeper completed the catch! Tripathi top edged his pull and it was an easy enough chance for a wicketkeeper.
Earlier in the game, Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) captain Nitish Rana won the toss against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and decided to bowl first.
Andre Russell struck again, Abhishek smashed it but doesn’t got off the middle of the bat. This time Shardul Thakur completed the catch.
