Javier Siverio doubled the lead shortly after, capitalizing on his presence in the box. Stephen Eze added a third goal in the 79th minute to seal the victory for the Men of Steel. Despite Mohammedan SC’s late consolation goal by Mohammed Irshad, Jamshedpur FC held on to end their losing streak with a 3-1 win.

Jamshedpur FC registered an impressive expected goals (xG) value of 3.49 against Mohammedan SC, the highest by any team in a single game during the ongoing ISL season. The team’s attacking intensity was evident as they dominated the match.

In his post-match comments, Khalid Jamil emphasized the hard work and dedication of his players. “Everybody is working very hard. We must continue like this,” Jamil said, highlighting the importance of maintaining their momentum after the loss to Chennaiyin FC in November.

The players deserve the victory,” he said, praising the performances of key individuals such as Siverio, Javi Hernandez, Rei Tachikawa, Sanan, Pratik Chaudhari, Albino Gomes, Imran Khan, Sourav Das, Muhammad Uvais, and Ashutosh Mehta. “It’s because of the players,” Jamil concluded, emphasizing the importance of their combined efforts in securing the win.
