New Delhi: India and Ireland are gearing up the 3 matches T20 series, that will commence from 18 August. All the 3 matches will be played in Dublin. India’s speedster Jasprit Bumrah will lead ‘Men in Blue.’ While, Paul Stirling will hold the command of the Irish side.

Gaikwad-Jaiswal: India’s new opening pair
Jasprit Bumrah will be seen with a strong playing 11 in this T20 series against Ireland before the Asia Cup and World Cup. Rituraj Gaikwad and Yashasvi Jaiswal can open in the first T20. Tilak Verma, who is running in excellent form at number three, is believed to get a chance. He has surprised everyone with an amazing knock of 39, 51, 49 runs in the debut series against West Indies.
India’s middle-order
Rinku Singh can be seen in the middle order for India. The 25 year-old, who did wonders for KKR in IPL 2023, got a chance in Team India for the first time. Sanju Samson will be at number five as wicketkeeper-batsman. Shivam Dubey may also get a chance. He played several match-winning innings for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2023. Washington Sundar, who is returning from injury for this series, can be seen as an all-rounder. He can be batted at number 8.
