IND vs AFG To Be Interrupted By Rain?
The ongoing T20 World Cup has experienced numerous washed-out matches, including India’s final group match against Canada. There is a rain threat for the India vs. Afghanistan clash, with forecasts predicting some precipitation in the afternoon in Barbados.
Accuweather indicates a 25% chance of rain in Barbados on Wednesday. Although the morning is expected to be mostly clear, rain is anticipated around 1:00 PM local time. With the match scheduled to start at 10:30 AM local time, rain could disrupt the second half of the game.
During their practice session on Tuesday, all four Indian spinners—Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, and Yuzvendra Chahal—spent considerable time on the field. They practiced extensively and also bowled against Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Suryakumar Yadav in the nets.
However, the practice session was briefly interrupted by rain in Barbados. The city experienced rainfall on Wednesday, and similar conditions are expected on Thursday.
