India lost 2-3 to Germany at the Yves-du-Manoir Stadium on Tuesday and did not make it to the gold medal match in men’s hockey at the Paris 2024 Olympics. They will now play against Spain in the bronze medal match.

Germany’s Path to the Semi-Finals

The world’s second-ranked team, Germany, reached the semi-finals by defeating Argentina 3-2 in the quarter-finals. Goals from Teo Hinrichs, Gonzalo Peillat, and Justus Weigand secured the victory for the three-time Olympic champions, setting the stage for their clash with India.
