Thiruvananthapuram: Rohit Sharma-led Team India is gearing up to fight against South Africa in the first T20I and both the teams looks fully prepared.
While India is filled with confidence from their recent win against Australia in home conditions, SA has some accounts to clear. In their last visit to India earlier this year, the match T20I series ended in a draw and the visitors would want the results otherwise this time.
Temba Bavuma led-South Africa is here to play both white-ball series and it will serve the final practice for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
Before the game, Bavuma said, “This is our last series before the World Cup. We’ll be looking at this series to fill up whatever gaps that are there within the team.”
