Team India look to put the ODI World Cup behind them as they take on South Africa in a 3-match ODI series starting on December 17.
With many changes to both the sides ahead of the 50-over format game, players like Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson etc. will be featuring for the Men in Blue in the games to come. Rinku Singh and Sai Sudharshan could make their ODI debut in the series as well.
The Proteas will also field a different team with the likes of 26-year-old batter Tony de Zorzi, Mihlali Mpongwana and Ottniel Baartman standing a chance to make their debut for the home team.
With India finishing the 3-match T20I series against South Africa with a draw (1-1), skipper KL Rahul will try to get a strong start in this series where the team will play their first ODI since their World Cup final loss against Australia.
