“Just as he reached the other end, some words were exchanged between Anderson and Rohit Sharma. Positive it’s not pleasantries. You always try to seize any advantage that you can, get inside the opponent’s skin – be it a batter or a bowler,” Shastri said while commentating.

According to Ravi Shastri, it was more than just friendly banter between the two players, emphasizing that players always seek to gain any advantage available.

At lunch on Day 4, India were at 118 for three in their second innings, with 74 runs needed to win the series.
