The Visakhapatnam Test witnessed India securing a win by 106 runs, marked by stellar performances from emerging talents like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill. Jaiswal’s double century in the first innings and Gill’s impressive century in the second, along with Jasprit Bumrah’s standout bowling with 9 wickets, contributed significantly to India’s success.

Looking ahead to the third Test in Rajkot starting on February 15, Rahul Dravid discussed the process of assessing Virat Kohli’s availability with the selectors and emphasized the importance of direct communication with Kohli to understand his situation.
