India and Australia are all set to take on each other in the one of the epic showdown in the cricketing history from November 22. The first clash of the five match Test series is all set to kickstart in Perth and both teams are charged up before taking on each other at the Optus Stadium. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy which is named after two cricketing greats Allan Border and Sunil Gavaskar has seen a lot of rivalries between players from both the sides. From Shane Warne to Sachin Tendulkar and now Virat Kohli to Pat Cummins, the rivalries have reached next level. Some of the most remembered moments from the BGT is Sachin Tendulkar’s iconic 241-run knock in Sydney without a cover drive or Virat Kohli’s 692 runs from four Tests in 2014-15 BGT after a dry patch with the bat. Also, apart from Sachin and Virat, Australian players such as Matthew Hayden, Ricky Ponting and Steve Smith come out to give their best performance when it comes to playing in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
