Rohit Sharma Survives Against Mitchell Starc
Indian captain Rohit Sharma, who going through a rough patch in international cricket was about to get dismissed for a duck off Mitchell Starc. On the third ball of the 18th over, Starc bowled an inswinging delivery to Rohit Sharma. The Indian captain missed the ball completely and was hit on the pads. Starc and Australian team made a huge appeal and the umpire also agreed and gave him out. However, Sharma opted for the DRS straightaway. The third umpire didn’t have to much hard work to make the decision as Starc had already overstepped and it was a no ball. In the replay as well, the ball had taken the inside edge of Rohit’s bat and later went onto hit the pads.
