Leading the team for the initial two games of the three-match series, KL Rahul contributed 52 runs off 38 deliveries, while Ishan Kishan added a quickfire 31 off 18 balls. Suryakumar Yadav, who reached his half-century in just 24 deliveries, notched an impressive 72 runs in 37 balls.
With a revised target of 317 runs in 33 overs following the day’s second rain delay, Australia was bowled out for 217 runs in 28.2 overs.
