The veteran will be the third Indian player to achieve the feat of taking 300 wickets and scoring 3000 runs in cricket. Before him, R Ashwin and Kapil Dev have achieved this feat. R Ashwin has taken 522 wickets and scored 3422 runs in his Test career so far. Kapil Dev, on the other hand, has achieved the feat of taking 434 wickets and scoring 5248 runs in his Test career.
