IND A vs PAK A: India A’s clash with Pakistan A in the Rising Stars Asia Cup 2025 didn’t go the way they hoped. The match, held in Doha, ended in a solid win for Pakistan, who chased down India’s total with eight wickets to spare.
What a moment for the Men in Green! 😍

India struggled with the bat
Things started rough for India A. They batted first but never really found their groove. Vaibhav Suryavanshi gave them some hope, smashing 45 from just 28 balls with five boundaries and three sixes. Naman Dhir chipped in with a quick 35 off 20, but after that, the lineup just fell away. Priyansh Arya only managed 10, and the rest barely made a dent, Jitesh Sharma got 5, Harsh Dubey tried with 19, but it wasn’t enough. The team folded for just 136 in 19 overs.

Pakistan bowlers restriction
Pakistan’s bowlers kept the pressure on from the start. Shahid Aziz led the charge, picking up three big wickets for 24 runs in his three overs. Saad Masood and Maaz Sadaqat grabbed two wickets each, making sure India never settled.
Sadaqat stood tall for Pakistan
Chasing 137, Pakistan looked confident. Maaz Sadaqat took control, blasting an unbeaten 79 from 47 balls. Mohammad Naeem added 14, Yasir Khan 11, and that was all they needed. Pakistan cruised to the target, barely breaking a sweat.
This win just adds to Pakistan’s strong run in the tournament. For India A, they have some thinking to do, especially in the middle order, if they want to bounce back in the next match.
