The Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 is going to start from October 3. The ICC has given the responsibility of hosting the World Cup 2024 to the UAE. The first match will be played on October 3. The ICC has announced how much money the champion team and the runner-up team will get. The prize money has increased compared to earlier.

ICC has announced to give 2 lakh 34 thousand US dollars to the team that wins the title. While the runner-up team will get 1 lakh 70 thousand dollars. Apart from this, the team reaching the semi-finals will get 6 lakh 75 thousand US dollars. The team participating in the group stage will get 31 thousand 154 rupees dollars.
ICC Increased The Prize Money
ICC has increased the prize money by 225 percent as compared to earlier. Apart from this, it has been announced that the team winning the title will be given 134 percent more money than before. The runner-up team will also get 134 percent more money than before. The team reaching the semi-finals will get 221 percent more money. The team participating in the group stage has got an increase of 78 percent.
