New Delhi: The qualifier for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is about to kickstart from 18th of September. There are two sports remaining in the world cup teams and 8 teams will be fighting against each-other for taking those places.
The showpiece event already has leading teams that included Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and West Indies along with the hosts South Africa.

8 Emerging nation to fight in Qualifier
Bangladesh, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Scotland, Thailand, UAE, the United States and Zimbabwe will have to lock horns against each in the qualifier for the T20I world cup that are set to start in Abu Dhabi. The results of the qualifier will give the two remaining tickets for South Africa.
The Process of Qualifier works
The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four each. The top two teams of each group will further go into the play-off round and the top teams would fly to South Africa for playing the World in February and March 2023.
