ICC ODI Ranking: Team india's stalwart and former Skipper Rohit Sharma once again came to limelight by becoming the No.1 batter once again in ODI cricket. By this, the 'Hitman' dethrones New Zealand batter Daryl Mitchell. Earlier, Mitchell overtook Rohit's place to become no.1 batter.

Rohit Sharma named Brand Ambassador of T20 World Cup 2026

Rohit has been named the tournament ambassador for the 2026 edition to be held in India and Sri Lanka. The 'Hitman' captained Team India in the last edition of the T20 World Cup (2024), where India defeated South Africa in a nail-bitter in the final.
