Former Pakistan Coach Joins Team India’s Camp, Take A Look!

The new bowling coach of the Indian Cricket Team has joined the team camp before the Test series against Bangladesh. He has been a legendary bowler. Now he will teach bowling skills to the bowlers of Team India.

The 2-match Test cricket series between India and Bangladesh will be played from September 19. Team India has already reached Chennai before this match. The team will camp here for a week before the match. The team captained by Rohit Sharma will prepare a strategy to win the match against Bangladesh in this camp.

Because the Indian team will have to perform well in this series to reach the final of the World Test Championship. Amidst these preparations, the new bowling coach of the team has also joined the camp, whose picture has been shared on social media by BCCI.

Who Is The New Bowling Coach Of Team India?

Team India’s new bowling coach is the former South African veteran bowler Morne Morkel. The fast bowlers of the Indian cricket team will benefit from Morne Morkel joining the Indian team. He will work with the team’s head coach Gautam Gambhir. India’s fast bowlers can take advantage of Morkel’s experience against Bangladesh. Especially players like Mohammad Siraj, Akash Deep and Yash Dayal will get to learn a lot from Morkel.

Morne Morkel has been the bowling coach of the Pakistan cricket team. He resigned from his post after the team’s poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024. At the same time, Morne Morkel was also part of the coaching staff of Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL and has worked with Gautam Gambhir. Apart from this, Morne Morkel has also played the role of coach of Durban Super Giants in the South Africa T20 League.
