France vs Australia: On Tuesday, many exciting matches were played in Qatar as part of the FIFA World Cup 2022. First and foremost, Saudi Arabia upset Argentina 2-1, while later in the night, defending champion France started with a bang and thrashed Australia badly. France outplayed Australia, winning 4-1. France won thanks to Olivier Giroud, who scored two goals in a row while avoiding the Australian defenders.

Oliver Giroud stuns Australia’s brilliant start

France won this match in the end, but Australia’s dominance was evident in the beginning. When Australia scored in the ninth minute, people expected another upset, but Australia’s hopes were dashed by Adrien Rabiot and Olivier Giroud, who scored two goals in a row and after the first half. The score was still 2-1.

Australia was unable to make comeback in second half

The Australian team showed stamina and attempted to score goals as soon as the second half began, but they were unsuccessful. Following that, France dominated and scored two more goals to increase the margin of victory even further, leaving Australia with a 4-1 defeat.

Prior to this game, French star player Karim Benzema left the team due to injury, making the team appear weak, but France proved them wrong. Simultaneously, Mbappe, who surprised everyone in 2018, scored a goal in this match.
