New Delhi: The FIFA Under-17 World Cup has begun in India. In the meantime, a debate has erupted. According to reports, the Indian players received the sneakers on the day of their first match against the United States. The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has been informed about the shoes discovered on match day.
The AIFF will investigate the late shoes of four FIFA Women’s U-17 World Cup squad members. Shaji Prabhakaran, general secretary of the AIFF, stated that they have requested a report from the national team department on how the shipment of new shoes did not arrive on time. He stated that if action was required, it would be taken.

Will initiate investigation
“After reviewing the preliminary report, we will launch an investigation to uncover the facts and assign blame,” Prabhakaran told PTI on Thursday.
It has been reported that certain players requested new shoes last month, but they were delayed because they were brought through road transport.
According to Prabhakaran, the AIFF is still unaware of the reasons for the delay in providing shoes to the players, and so the report has been requested.

Might have experienced discomfort
“We requested a report from AIFF’s national team department.” We don’t know all of the facts about what happened.”
“We know that three to four players who were wearing tiny size shoes sought new shoes, but those shoes arrived late.”
Because it takes time for a football player to adjust to a new boot, he may feel uneasy on the first day.
On Tuesday, India was defeated by the United States, 0-8.
