Raina who engaged in an exclusive conversation with News24 journalist Manak Gupta opened up about his bond with Kohli.

Suresh Raina Opens Up On His Bond With Virat Kohli
Suresh Raina was speaking about the businesses and welfare works he is doing off the field and was asked whether did he visit Virat Kohli’s restaurant ‘One 8 Cuisine.’ He said, “I went to Mumbai and I even messaged Virat that his chefs are very good and he has a separate vegan menu and he is super fit. He said ‘I hope you like it’. He also came to Holland, he also sent a message for my restaurant. I think he liked the food very much. He is a friend, we played together for so many years.“
“He is from Delhi, people from Delhi are big foodies, now he is super fit. He has a different doctor, a different trainer, that’s why he is among the fittest cricketers in the world right now“, Suresh Raina added.
Suresh Raina recently entered the restaurant business and opened the first branch of it in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The name of the restaurant was ‘Raina Indian Restaurant’. Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina have played a lot of cricket together in the Indian team wherein both have stitched many match decising partnerships which have led the Indian team to victories. One of the most famous knocks from Virat, which came in 2012 during CB series in Hobart against Sri Lanka, Raina was standing at the non striker end, when Virat hit winning runs and celebrated the team’s victory.
