New Delhi: India’s star batter Virat Kohli shared a glimpse of his workout routine ahead of the India vs West Indies series starting from July 12. The former Indian captain took to his social media platform Instagram and posted pictures of himself working out in the gym.

Virat Kohli is one of the fittest sports people in the world right now. His discipline and determination toward fitness is an example for others to follow. Virat shared two pictures, where he can be seen performing a leg press as well as working on his calf muscles with the help of a coach.
“Every day should be a leg day. 8 years and counting,” said Kohli, referring to his eight-year-long journey in the gym. He remained consistent with his fitness, and that helped him to remain fit.

India vs West Indies
Rohit Sharma-led team India landed at Barbados and attended the training session in full flow. Virat Kohli was seen hitting the practice net, where he was facing Jaydev Unadkat and got dismissed twice.
Team India will be in action after they faced defeat from the hands of Australia. Rohit and Co. will be aiming to start next World Test Championship (WTC) on high note. The last time India faced the West Indies, they thrashed them 3-0 in ODIs and 4-1 in T20Is.
India’s batting stalwart Virat will aim to create a huge impact in this series after not performing up to the mark in the WTC final.
