The Indian team has been kept under the pump by the Australian team as of now and are almost on the verge of defeat following its performance on Day 2. The Aussies batted aggressively against the Indian bowlers and put them under pressure. Travis Head anchored Australia’s attack wherein he played an inning of 140 runs from 141 balls. The latter smashed the fastest ever hundred in any d/n Test. The inexperience in the Indian bowling lineup was clearly visible as Harshit Rana and Mohammed Siraj were totally clueless regarding the line and length. Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah look to be alone in handling the Indian pace attack and the side is clearly feeling the absence of an experienced bowler around Bumrah.
