Gujarat resident Jigneshsingh Parmar, who is 21 years old, received his education as an engineering student at the time of his arrest. Gautam Gambhir received an emailed threat only several days earlier. Time has shown the police force strengthening its control over its suspects.

Police Investigation Underway

The Central Delhi Police arrested Jigneshsingh Parmar to conduct an interrogation. His family disclosed mental health problems to law enforcement personnel when they interrogated him. The police force has launched a comprehensive investigation of this case. The authorities work to determine the accused motive for the email transmission while confirming additional parties who might be involved. The ongoing investigation of the accused continues with intensifying police surveillance of the full case.

Gautam Gambhir, the current Indian cricket team head coach, received threats from a group known as ISIS Kashmir for his life. Gautam Gambhir made his formal contact with the Delhi Police during Wednesday to report his case while asking for safety measures for his family members. Gambhir’s office provided this information about the threat to ANI News Agency. The police now treat the complaint with seriousness which has led to substantial progress in the investigation.
