Birmingham: Olympic medalist Bajrang Punia and star wrestler Deepak Punia have sailed into their respective semi-finals after marking thumping win.
Bajrang defeated Mauritius players Jean Guyliane Joris Bandou in the quarter-final by 6-0 VFA.
On the other hand, Deepak Punia won against Sierre Leone player Sheku Kassegbama by 10-0 in the quarter-finals of the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022.

Deepak Punia looks promising and has the mettle to clinch first prize in his category. Punia won a bronze medal in the Asian Championship in 2019 and 2020. Along with that, Deepak has secured a silver at Wrestling Championship in 2019.
