Ravi Kumar Dahiya has sailed into the semi-finals of the ongoing CWG 2022. The Indian star defeated Suraj Singh from New Zealand in the Men’s Freestyle 57kg category.
Pooja Sihag reached the semi-finals after defeating Michelle Montague from New Zealand by 5-3.
Naveen has also reached the semi-finals. He will be fighting for a place in finals in Men’s Freestyle 74kg category.

Pooja Gehlot wins quarter final in women’s freestyle 50kg after Cameroon player does not show up.
Pooja has won against the player of Scotland against Christelle Letchid Jio by 12-2 VSU1.

After winning the silver medal at the U23 World Wrestling Championships in 2019, Gehlot became the only second Indian woman wrestler along with her sister Geeta Phogat to win a medal at the prestigious event.
Pooja has won Bharat Kesari title awarded by the Haryana Sports and Youth Affairs in 2018. She also won a gold medal in the Asian Junior Championship in Taiwan in 2017.

Wrestler Vinesh Phogat is one of the top Indian contenders to secure a medal at this year’s Commonwealth Games (CWG) in Birmingham. With two golds in the previous two editions, the 27-year-old Indian wrestler will be aiming to complete a hat-trick at Birmingham 2022.
Phogat will compete in the 53-kg category at this year’s CWG. In the previous two editions, she had competed in the 48-kg and 50-kg categories respectively.
