Birmingham: India ace shuttler PV Sindhu gets past the Malaysian player Jin Wei Goh in the quarter-final of the Women’s Singles in ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022.
Sindhu struggled in the start of the games and lost first set to her opponent by 19-21. The Indian had to make a comeback if she wanted to stay in the competition.
The Olympic medalist did what was required and won the second set by 21-14. The game went into the decided and Sindhu came out roaring to mark the win against the Malaysian.
Goh was the part of the team that Indian had lost their Mixed team’s finals few days back. Sindhu seems to have taken the revenge by kicking her out of the game in this category.
