Zimbabwe arrives in Pakistan despite security concerns as PCB confirms revised Tri-Nation T20 schedule

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed a revised date of the three-match tri-serie against, Zimbabwe, and Sri Lanka.

Zimbabwe cricket team has officially arrived in Islamabad for the tri-nation series which is to be played between Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe. The officials confirmed has that the tournament timeline was slightly redefined and the series would be starting on November 18. The Zimbabwe players will have a day off after they arrive after which they will commence with their preparations.

Revised Dates Announced For Pakistan, Sri Lanka, And Zimbabwe T20 Showdown

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed a revised date of the three-match tri-serie against, Zimbabwe, and Sri Lanka. The series was initially going to start on November 17 which has now been changed to November 18, with the last one being held on November 29.

The PCB has announced that all the matches will be held in Rawalpindi. The Zimbabwe team is already in Islamabad and they are resting before they commence their trainings. The fans may expect an exhilarating season as all the three teams are set to take competitive action in Pakistan.

PCB Guarantees Top-Level Security Ahead of Tri-Nation T20 Series

The tri-nation T20 series which was initially scheduled to be played in two matches in Rawalpindi and the other in Lahore, is now to be played in Rawalpindi according to the new schedule. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and local authorities have taken good care of the proper security arrangements for the event.

The Sri Lanka Cricket Board noted that the PCB had adequate security, under which they were gratified to have described it as foolproof. In the meantime, Pakistan Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the players and officials in their country who have trusted and collaborated with the Sri Lankan team over the years to make their stay in the country a successful and enjoyable tournament.
